Arkansas is #1 in SEC in passing LINK
Auburn is #10 in defending the pass LINK
however,
Auburn is #1 in rushing offense LINK
Arkansas is #9 defending the run LINK
Conclusion: They both lead the league in total offense but have actually got decent defenses in at least in one area. problem being that area ain't what they're gunna need in this game.
First to 50pts wins? or first to stop the other wins? either way it's going to be exciting. I can't wait to watch them expose each other.

my gut says both teams play tight early with both struggling offensively..... then both offenses play better in the 2nd half.
Arky and Auburn are similar.... good offenses and improved defenses... both are very inconsistent and have yet to put together a complete 60 minute game this season. Both are heavily penalized.
I hope we can control things with our running game and keep our defense off the field (similar to 2nd half vs. South Carolina).

AU is not inconsistent. Dyer runs middle, McCaleb runs right or left, Cam gets all that they lost and picks up the first down. Nothing inconsistent about that.
Defense gives up 35 a game but Cam scores 36

we'll score 31 in the first half of the UK game then score 6 in the 2nd half..... we're a lot of things in 2010, but consistent isn't one of them....
