Without Peterson and really chad jones for that matter, this defense would not be as tenacious as it is today. Every time Mo is interviewed he still gives "Patrick" his props and says how it started with him. I don't think our secondary is nearly as firey and focussed without the peterson school of swag. So here's to Peterson still having an impact on this team and helping us to the position we are in today. PP7 swag :pimp:

you don't think that maybe with the SEC being down it's actually the most likely year for it to happen? allowing for two teams in the same division to go unbeaten minus the game against each other?

People keep saying it's like a home game for LSU but I'm really not convinced it wont be 50/50.
They will do equal amounts to both fan bases and then general public right? For which I'm sure bama and lsu fans will gobble up equally. NOLA ain't far for the gumps to go either.

The question stands: Will Okie have enough of a lead in the computers to jump Bama into the BCS title? the way the computers have favored them all season it's a possibility.

Every one of the experts agrees and most everyone knows that it's kind of effed up with how great our season/resume has been. But you know what, this tiger team is a team of gat dam destiny and it'll only make it sooooo much sweeter when we are the most deserving team of a national title maybe ever. The "best" team ever might be up for debate but "deserving" is un-friggin-deniable. And yeah, I'd put this team up against any national champion of the BCS era and still think if it's in NOLA we walk away with that mutha truckin' crystal. :pimp: :geauxtigers:

I for one am actually sincere in saying that. I'm glad this game can be showcased on the main stage. Everyone will see this battle between teams that have a knack for great, heart-stopping games. This game might even be the stepping stone needed to turn this "battle for the boot" into a real rivalry. I hate having to play you bastards on the last day of the season every year especially the way you have ruined us recently. The fact remains that no other team has had our number the last few years like you piggy shits and I really expect this game to be a good one even if other fans don't like to admit that. Heres to a good game and a clash of glasses for the golden age of the SEC west. :cheers: and for good measure :bird: but really :cheers:
