Guys like Newton don't come around very often. I wouldn't expect to see the SEC littered with fast 6'6", 250lb QBs that are exceptionally elusive.

True but I think the elusive QB in this league is almost becoming a necessity to have. Having a guy who does not present a running threat is a big help to a defense. Especially when it comes to playing the passing game.
