Does this strategy involve rehabs and detention centers?

Nope it has to do with in-state recruiting here in Mississippi.

Last off-season you OM fans made it almost as unbearable as the 'Bama fans are making it now. All that preseason '09 hype was getting to your heads.

I'm not seeing what us having early committments has to do with dan mullens or in-state recruiting.

HAHA, I never expected a USCe fan to tell it as it is in regards to OM.

I wasn't on here back then, I think there might be two or three still here from last fall and are our best posters.

I have no issues with OM but damn their routine, and the media's hype routine, got old quickly. I was quite glad SC was the 1st to humble them last year.

1) I never bought into the hype we had. I predicted 3 or 4 losses.

2) Ole Miss doesn't get hype like that very often. If a fan wants to enjoy it, let em while they can. I'm sure South Carolina fans would act the same way.

Not anymore, over the last few years our fan base has gotten into a collective "show me" attitude because we've gotten tired about anything about our team getting hyped only to fall on its arse.

If this is true, you had to have been the only Ole Miss fan out there who thought like this, all of the Ole Miss fans Im friends with and they are pretty reasonable fans were saying 10-2. I even agreed due to yall's schedule.

I predicted us losing to South Carolina, Alabama, Auburn, and felt we could lose to LSU. I was right on 3 of those.

I admit I thought we'd win 10 games but we were the only team in the west returning a QB and lost our last game to the worst team in the west to keep us from 10 wins so hard to blame us

No Ole Miss fan in America other than you called this one. Most I know thought this was a for sure win last year.

If State wins 7 or more games this year, there will be a good bit of hype in '11 with the schedule.

It was a Thursday night game in Columbia. South Carolina doesn't lose on Thursday nights in Columbia.

I really thought Ole Miss was going to go 10-2 with losses to Alabama and LSU.

I said 9-3. Anybody who thought higher than this needed to repeat the following over and over in their head:

"WE ARE...OLE MISS"

"WE ARE...OLE MISS"
