Yes, but Dyer would be left out to dry. He's already said that Malzahn is the only reason he signed with AU.

After Bobby Johnson didn't get another job offer for taking Vandy to a bowl game, it seems to me that any up and comer is gonna hesitate taking that job, b/c there's no way to better yourself from it. They'll have to get a retread that wants to coach a few years before retirement.

Malzahn to Vandy would be a good move. A good place to take a stab at HC, not much expected from Vandy in football.
