Nice.

Glad to see he's picking up where Mettenberger left off.

Doesn't matter. You know the rules. We take this, misconstrue the hell out of it, call him a sexual offender even though he isn't, and laugh at Georgia fans about it.

Everybody else ok with that?

What did he do? The article never says and everyone who seems to know in the comment section is pretty vague. Sounds like he was getting a blowjob in an electrical closet or something from what I could tell though. In which case, trying to ruin his life is major overkill.

It basically seems like something similar to this. Maybe sex in the bathroom? Sex in his car on campus? It could be a number of things. But the fact is that there was consent and that's what is important.

I'm sure that, in hindsight, he regrets asking, "how 'bout this dawg" while pointing toward his groin.

You make an excellent point that consent is important. However, in relation to the criminal justice system, matters are somewhat more complicated.
If he has reached the age of majority, & the young lady was a minor, she lacks capacity to give consent.

I do not know the particulars of this matter. I was only pointing out that in some instances, "YES", is irrelevent.

There is also another fact that is not being mentioned. Whether or not it was consentual and in the eyes of the law acceptable, he attends a christian school that holds itself to a higher moral level. That is why the school has an issue with this and is handling the punishment.

That is what is important. His suspension could affect his academic standing with the school and possibly with UGA.

Dammit, once again people post something about UGA that they have N-O CLUE what the hell they're talking about. First of all you dumbass, your title is "LeMay suspended", when even in the article you linked it says that NOWHERE in it. He is facing a POSSIBLE suspension, did you do that on purpose or can you just not read?

*LET ME SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT RIGHT HERE* You wanna know what he did? He was making out with his girlfriend at school. Yep, that's what he was doing. The school has a Zero Tolerance policy against PDA though, so he was brought in front of a discipline panel and they are deciding his fate. PDA, by rule, could land him a maximum of a 30 day OOS suspension or nothing at all. But have mercy some of you morons thinking he was caught having sex in a bathroom or something are just too much. Seriously. Yall need to get your damn facts straight before you start spewing garbage that you don't even know about.
