JC went a tme period in which he attempted a team record of 271 passes without an INT. 27 more passes and he would've had the all time NFL record for most consecutive passes without an INT.
To put it in perspective, Peyton Manning averages one int for every 38 passes he's thrown in his career. And JC has lower percentage of his passes intercepted than PM over the span of their careers.

Because he is afraid of taking chances, which is why he is generally considered a below average NFL QB.

Glad Campbell is going to a different team to see how things go.
Pretty amazing a guy that was having to still compete for the starting job as a senior with an unimpreesive college career to that point is now in his 5th year as an NFL qb.

Here's some other facts about Jason Campbell:
He's thrown 55 TD's to 38 INT's. That's 3.4% of his passes, compared to 2.3% being intercepted.
He's got a lifetime passer rating of 82.3 and a record of 20 wins and 32 losses. He averages 6.6 yards per pass, and 6.3 yards per attempt. Oh.. and he's fumbled 34 times in his career to date, that's out of 52 games he's played in.

Are you effing serious? Throwing damn near 300 passes in the NFL without a pick is a worthless stat?
LOL, get real.

Exactly, JC has 38 INTs in his 5 year career, Peyton Manning threw 28 in one year.
PM has had 2.8 % of his passes picked and JC 2.3 of his passes picked.

Who said he was superman? Just pointed out when it comes to turning the ball over, PM is worse.

Barely having a TD a game isn't that wonderful though. He can't get the ball to anyone on either side..

Who the frick has said JC is superman? I don't think I have even seen someone say he is a top 10 Qb in the league. Shut the frick up hunter

Who is claiming he is superman?
He is a guy that was not highly regarded until his senior year of college that has managed to start in the NFL for several years now.

quote:Is he a successful quarterback? Does he win a lot of games? Has he been to the Superbowl? Has he won a Superbowl? The answer to all of those questions is No. Yeah, I'd say it's worthless. That stat has in no way, shape or form helped him or his team win games. It's as simple as that.

LOL, get real.
You think he's going to tell his grandkids one day about how many passes he's thrown without an int? It's fricking worthless because he's unsuccessful. So, yeah, I'm effing serious. Sorry to burst your bubble.

LOL, PM plays in scheme that is conducive to throwing TDs. JC doesnt. He played in a run first WC offense in a franchise that is known for mediocrity.
But by no means am I comparing PM to JC overall.

No, but he will probably tell his grandkids how he was an NFL starter for several years and they will probably be proud of that and happy with the millions he earned in the league, some of which may make it to them eventually.

He played for the fricking redskins. Zero offensive talent minus Portis. The line is one of the worst in the league and he was constantly on his arse before he could finish his drop back.

sheesh.. get your panties outta yer crack. The OP compared him to Manning.
