What happened to the fastest team ever. Riley Cooper also had a slow time the other day.
What happended to all that speeeed.
Haden will not be the first CB taken now for sure.

I was real disappointed when I saw him run...However, game speed is much different than clocked times in the combine.

On the replay it looked like he had a short choppy jump off the line.

I was never impressed with him. I always liked Jenkins better. He is not the same caliber of corner as Patrick Peterson.

Thank God he'll run again at Florida. You can never trust those electronically timed forty's...especially compared to all that speed in Florida's stop watch holders.

No venom just always thought Jenkins was better.
Haden was abused by Julio early in 2008 SECcG then when Jenkins was assigned to him he was not as effective.
He has not maxed out at his position yet he is still learning he has only been playing corner for 3 years, but you can't teach elite speed. He just doesn't have it.

Haden should still be the 1st corner taken. his film shows he's plenty fast enough.
it is funny though that UF gets hyped up for having all these 4.3 guys that noone else can claim, and 2 of them come to the combine and fail to break 4.5

Jenkins used to be better. Haden continued to get better throughout his Junior season though and Jenkins didn't make much of an improvement. Idk what's up with him today but he's definitely faster than a 4.57 or w.e he ran.
your last sentence is just ignorant, you must have not watched him much at all. Some guys have football speed that doesn't translate as well to a 40 yard dash, some guys have great running technique and track backgrounds so they put up really good 40 times that don't translate at all to football game speed.

well with Cooper, actual NFL scouts there timed him around 4.4-4.43 and told him this so yeah those times actually could be inaccurate you never know.

i know you are a gump so its hard for you to think. is it possible he didnt run his best? use your noggin. he does not have world class speed but he can run a better 40 time than that.
