Region being a first class assclown, I tell you to hurt not. Being a huge waster of space is the only thing this kid is good at. I don't know what Saban was thinking offering him anyway.
This isn't the first time he's pulled a stunt like this either. "Mediocre" is a word that was used when I asked one of his former A.P. Brewer H.S. teammates to describe his playing abilities.
I live 15 mins from Region and will gladly update the Rant on what I see out of this huge gaping gash on the gridiron this fall.

I think Auburn should print out all of these threads bashing kids and use them to negatively recruit against alabama....

Let's just move on. We're going to have an amazing 2011 class, and Spencer has made his choice. It's time to just move on to what other prospects will do.

Completely unneccessary if the kid stunk Saban wouldn't have offered please don't embarrass the rest of us. Be mad about the way he did it or whatever but just because he picked Auburn doesn't make him a bad player

Yeah, but using words like "assclown" and "gash" sounds pretty stupid and immature.
17 year old boys can be rash and make decisions based on instinct and misinterpretation and misinformation.
If Alabama didn't want him, none of this nonsense would be going on. Therefore, you look pretty stupid doing so.
I almost wish - and this is big for me as I hate the NCAA - that the NCAA would make some rules to take the spectacle and game playing out of recruiting. I hate the attention grabbing (Lattimore and Dyer) and stunts.
Put a lockdown on who is visiting where, only allow a certain number of interviews by each recruit, early signing, hell, no public commitments until they actually sign.
Some of these kids are made into "gods" by a bunch of fans before they ever touch a football. It is stupid and not fair to the kids or the coaches.

He's a mediocre player not to mention the shots he took at UA. ergo, he's an assclown not unlike CPA.

I'm betting you wouldn't have found that "funny".
Recruits need to go where they want and where the feel comfortable. If Region feels that is au, good luck and good health to him.
But God help him if he changes his mind again - he'll have no port in a storm if BOTH fanbases start in on him.

Yes the kid could remain #1 OL prospect in Bama and people will call him mediocre because he did not select their school

Why are all the AU fans lumping the Bama fans as bad fans. So a couple of guys here make a stupid post and all of the sudden we are the worst? I haven't seen a fan base yet that hasn't bashed some kid because of this don't act like this guy reps all of us
