$aban's latest aerobatic attempt to impress HS juniors shows up on NCAA's RADAR.
On at least two occasions this week (only WED.) $aban twice violated the NCAA rule named after him. He visited two HS and was introduced to two junior prospects in violation of NCAA bylaw 13.1.1.1 (illegal contact). The NCAA has been made aware of these violations and is still in investigative modes on multiple violations during the 2008 and 2009 calendar year.
Yes bammers, inside information.

Another interesting tidbit I learned from my friend is that The MI,JJ fishing trip and cruise investigation is not closed. He reminded me that the NCAA ruled on the SEC/Bammer information provided. The NCAA reserved the right to open an investigation if other information developed. If you remember shortly after the VT game, other info did develope. J Harris admitted he received a laptop from the same "non booster" that took JJ and MI fishing.JH was suspended 6 games and never saw the field TY due to other possible violations. My friend said the NCAA rep. told him that there is a strong possibility of forfeitures due to the cover-up in order to keep those playes elgible for the VT game. He said this one might even bring Mike $lime down as well.

I was told yesterday something I guess I already knew but second hand info. from an Ncaa rep. is worth repeating.
He said other than USC, there is no other school with more ongoing investigations than Bammer. He said the NCAA is very shorthanded and these investigations drag on but are being adressed. He said the USC case delay is more due to how this information is comming out than it is the Ncaa investigative pace. He said PC did not go back to the NFL for career opportunity.

He can talk to him based on the "bump rule". He was there to talk to Robertson, a SR DL.
