He'll give it a go, but it's a sprained knee ligament. This is the same injury Cody had last year. It takes a while to come back from it. More so for Peek, being that he's a TE.

God told me that Peek needs another week to recover. I agreed.

I'm not a doctor, but wouldn't it be easier for Peek seeing that he weights 100+ lbs less than Cody? Wouldn't you have to be more tentative on your knee if you weighed 350 than 250?

forgot about Dial which shows how piss poor the others have been playing or how great Peek has been. He and Ingram are our 2 best weapons. Peek has to be in the top 5 TE in the country or was before the injury not that I have looked up the stats or anything.

Peek is our best receiving threat this year imo.

Peek is a receiving TE. Lots of planting of the feet and moving in his downfield routes. Cody is a 3-4 NT, eating up blockers. It hampers both, but more so for Peek.

Agreed.
At least we get a tune-up game against LSU. Maybe he'll be ready when we really need him.

I concede, but Cody needs his lower body strength to take up 2 blockers, doing that on a sore knee isn't easy.
