I think we just played a really good defense.. that's the point.. as bad as we were on Offense against a good defense.. on the road, we were still able to come out with a 19 pt win.

LOL! That OM defense beat you last year. He [McElroy] just faced one of the toughest defenses in the nation. He's faced two of the best defenses in the nation so far and won big in every test.

Here's the story of this game:

Team Stat Comparison

1st Downs 17 12
3rd down efficiency 4-20 1-11
4th down efficiency 4-4 1-2
Total Yards 354 197
Passing 152 140
Comp-Att 16-35 11-35
Yards per pass 4.3 4.0
Rushing 202 57
Rushing Attempts 41 24
Yards per rush 4.9 2.4
Penalties 4-35 4-16
Turnovers 1 5
Fumbles lost 1 1
Interceptions thrown 0 4
Possession 37:26 22:34

I've seen Bama play twice this year. You guys are for real. If we can beat Florida tonight, it would do wonders for our outlook on the season. If we lose, we'll probably begin the process of seeing that we're not top caliber like Alabama. The way your defense played tonight, you'd run us off the field. I can only hope we continue to improve.

We may as well have a bunch of mother fricking girl scouts defending Snead. I thought our O-Line would do bad, but I'm fricking speechless on how bad they are. I really am.
