South Carolina fans are the best and most loyal fans in the COUNTRY, and I really mean that..due to the fact that their team has never been worth a SH*T and yet they still support their team whole heartedly period...

Some LSU fans should take note is this comment because "some" LSU fans have become football snobbs, who need "Stylish, pretty, tidy" wins...instead of winning the f...in game! YOU PLAY TO WIN THE GAME.

Championships spoil the fans.

I will enjoy being 4-0.

I agree, I've been to a game there when we beat them. They have great fans. I was surprised to see so many upper deck seats empty. Does anyone know why? Did it being Thursday night make a difference?

Yep. Through thick and thin, SC fan support is outstanding.

Keep in mind though, their stadium wasn't at capacity last night.

since i'm a bama fan, and have been for 27 years of all my life... i know what it's like to support your team through the trails and da tribulations... and let me tell u, it's a much less stressful job being a fan of a school that's ineligible for the national championship... or bowls... or just teams that lose mid season frequently and don't go undefeated because there's no pressure. when u get a big win like USCe did last night, it's just awesome... and you didn't expect it. but when your team is top ranked all year, NOTHING could be more stressful!!!

Rarely does my brain (mouse on a wheel) come up with good ideas and or comments...but I think I started something here.

The world must be off balance, when Steve Spurrier has great D-fences for several years and "0" O-fence for several years. I take that back - Offense. But why cant he find a person to throw the ball and someone to catch the ball, with someone who can possibly run a with a ball?

Maybe it's all the techno music they were pumping into the stadium last night while the band was playing. We should try more of that!

Woo Pig...why must you come in here with negative waves, think positively, Arkansas has good fans too.

Maybe if we could mix Arkansas Offense with USCE Defense both fans bases could celebrate a SHIP and fill the UPPER decks at both stadiums?

Even though when Ole Piss started driving in the fourth a few of the fans they showed looked like they thought they were going to lose the game....

Good Fans with no faith....I guess you get use to it lol

I don't understand praising fans with empty upper decks when their team is playing the #4 team in the nation, sorry.

No doubt. I was explaining this to an Ole Miss friend of mine the other day. I told him it's not necessarily nice being the hunted. When you win it's just a relief, when you lose, it ruins your week b/c you were supposed to win. Ole miss last year reminds me how it was in 2003. Not high expectations, but we kept winning and it was the most fun year I had as a Tiger. Since then, it's been just stressful. Especially, 2007. I was drained after the Fla. and Bama games. Not happy we won, just relieved.

However, it does beat the hell out of sucking though!!!

i was there last night at Williams Brice. It was not packed - lots of empty seats however, on that last drive, that place was the loudest i have ever seen it - with the exception of the time SC played Florida (either Lou's second or third year - "black out" game in which sc got blown out)

LSU Tiger Stadium can be like that and much better but the last few home games have been downers - weather is a factor but on a great day against a great team, there is no place like Tiger Stadium (for me, the last few trips to TS have been downpours - south carolina 07, vandy 09)

no shite, ah. I agree that 2003 was my favorite year as a tiger fan! Being alive through mostly good years at LSU, I lack that appreciation for wins as well I think. However, I will never be one of those fans that gets mad at a 9 win season.
