Shelter is still increasing because rents always lag actual prices. This is mostly due to lease agreements, but also because of the method that BLS uses to estimate these values....

You may want to checkout the Swampfox Patriot optic in 4-16x44. This comes in either a MRAD or MOA reticle which I would prefer over a BDC. It's also FFP so the subtensions will be accurate at any magnification. If you need more magnification, Burris makes the Fullfield IV which can be had in 4-1...
