as being overrated ? Or is this just another example of the top to bottom strength of the SEC and what can happen with a subpar night on the road?

Exposed. A #4 team is expected to win these games even in the SEC.

sure, it's both, but it's got to be more one than the other, right?
and considering snead ... i'm going with overrated.

even the commentators couldn't really come up with anything specific about the high ranking, other than many of the members of the current team beat texas tech at the end of last season. it was silly to have them ranked so high to begin with.

Ole Miss looked fricking horrible.

Snead was garbage. O-Line terrible. Featured HB #34 - horrible.

Coaching - atrocious.

Old Myth was exposed as unworthy of a top 10 rating. S. Carolina is the 3rd place team in the SEC East at best. Old Myth won't make the BCS or even play on Jan. 1st this season.

I've been thinking the same thing ..then again a poor day by JJ...2 or 3 turnovers. Same thing could happen to our Tigers up in Skunkville?

The way they played in these first three weeks all point to them being overrated.

Yes they were exposed. Just like Florida was exposed against Tenn, just like USC was against Washinton, just like Alabama was against Vatech, just like Notre Dame was against Michigan, just like Oregon was against Boise, just like Ohio State was against USC, just like BYU was against Florida St., just like Oklahoma St. was against Houston, and just like we were last week against ULL.

Welcome to college football.
