Whats the thoughts? SC's defense looks pretty decent at times. I feel SC will be ready to play.

Also, lets be honest, its Ole Miss

If Garcia does not choke it up they have a shot.

Possible. I actually believe SC would have a beeter shot at Ole Miss. I still say Ole Miss wins a close one on the road though.

I say that it will be close enough that the Gamecocks at least cover the 4 points. This will be a fairly decent barometer for those Webels. Good luck to both teams, but

It wouldn't shock anyone I don't think...it's pretty safe to say OM has mire talent but it's SEC football everyone has exceptional talent.

Peope say OM hasn't proves anythig yet but they haven't had the chance, no matter how bad they would hve eaten Memphis and SLU people would rag on them, tomorrow night shows us what kind of tema OM will be in 09

Well see i believe Ole Miss will be ready to play.......All we have heard so far all year is that we are overrated and blah blah blah....we should come out with an attitude for this game and take care of business....

but with that said....if we are overrated it will show tomorrow night....

On paper I would say NO chance. but this is an oppurtunity for a classic Nutt implosion.

USC hangs with them for three quarters, OM pulls away in the 4th and wins by at least two td's.

I'm figuring the 2009 Garcia (62.7% completion rate; 2 interceptions in 105 attempts) will show up. 2008 Garcia? Didn't he transfer to Alabama to play baseball, or am I thinking of some other QB who stunk up the place last year?

Carolina is better conditioned than Ole Miss and is playing at home. Ole Miss has to jump ahead early and take the crowd out of the game. If it's close going into the 4th, USC is the one who pulls away at the end; not Ole Miss.

Ole Miss has no excuse not to be ready for this game, that being said I think it will be 24-21 SC. Home crowd gives the cocks the edge

When? Against NC State in the first game? Most teams would've shut them down. Georgia hung 40 something on them. USC's defense has potential, but they haven't shown much.

If he means just physically from work-outs and practice I am not sure.

But if he means better conditioned for being prepared for the game than I say yes by far. @ NC State, @ UGA, and FAU will have any team more prepared than playing @ Memphis and SE LA.

Smelly "stunk up" the place at SC; left SC to play baseball at Bama. Played HS ball in Tuscaloosa; his brother plays TE on the football team.

Definitely a great chance for an upset. Ole Miss hasn't proved shite and I think they were mostly lucky last season.

You didn't see us play last season. Except for the beatdown in Baton Rouge.
