When Miami of all schools ended their recruitment of this guy and he suddenly jumped in with us I was uncomfortable that there were some issues related to this guy. Think about Miami's situation their coach is one year from being fired. If he landed this "big fish" recruit it would have done alot to keep the faithful happy for another year or two but he took the high road because he smelt a rat. Kiffin knew he needed a spark and was willing to take any chance to improve his situation at any cost. Hope that he had the best interest of UT in mind.

All part of kiffen's master plan of keeping UT in the media 24/7
Funniest comment was the last one BTW.

Oh, this would be awesome if true
hate it for Brown, but hey, with Kiffin running his mouth all the time, I can only hope to see humility on his face

Between the secondary violations and this revelation, Phil Fulmer may not have been so bad afterall. So what the guy couldn't beat Florida, he ran a clean, respectable program and never had UT in the doghouse with the NCAA. When you get in bed with the Lane Kiffin's and Ed Orgeron's of the world, you get up with NCAA probation at your front door. Remember, Kiffin came up in the USC culture. And Ed Orgeron is Ed Orgeron.
the sky is falling!

Looks like Bryce may have to go plan B. Straight to dominating the CFL until he decides to grace the NFL with his presence. Though his salry demands for the CFL were 90% of each team's salary cap. Maybe he will lower his price tag.

UT is not being investigated. This only relates to an incident where donations were made to Brown and other players for them to attend a camp his sophomore year of highschool. Worst case scenario, Brown Can't play college football. Nothing happens to UT. Best Case Scenario, Brown can play NCAA football. Either way you look at it UT isn't involved in the investigation.

Worst case scenario, the NCAA investigates and finds some dirty money ties to UT.
Don't shortsell the "worst case". Don't think it's true, but it's hardly the worst case.
Having the NCAA investigate your star players is never a good thing.

3)He liked Ed Orgeron.
4)He has been getting his tail handed to him in UT practices thus far.

Well he got a concussion last week, and he just got his hip out of the MRI machine this week, and now the psycological pain is setting in on him. Tough to be a freshman 5 star in the SEC,even with a Handler.

My husband was giddy when he chose UT over LSU.
And he is an LSU fan.
And he is an LSU fan.
