Already completed are the East Club seats, Peyton Manning Locker Room, new media rooms, a field level Letterman's club, brick wall around the field, and some restroom upgrades.

Eventually, all of the interior concourses will be updated and widened. The West Club Level will be added. All new restrooms and concessions areas. The scissor style ramps and long concrete ramps are being replaced by elevators, escalotors, and so forth.

The exterior "erector set" will be covered by brick, steel and glass.

It looks like a ten year project. I think we are in year 3 now.
