Dude is acting like this is USC and the Pac-10. Urban Meyer has won 2 national titles, but in the two years he didn't win a national title, they lost several games in the SEC. You just don't dominate this conference, and Kiffin thinks that he will.

Kiffin really comes off as a ginourmous douche.
His comments about "we all use self serve gas now, so there is no way I would say that SC grads pump gas for a living, I am smart enough to know that" Was the silliest thing I have ever heard as a cover for a lie.
I think that the Raiders may have painted him with the right brush, he really may not know how to tell the truth.

I think he knows how to tell the truth. His problem is that he's one of those smart asses that has a V-8 engine mouth. In other words, he doesn't know how to think before he speaks. And then when he's confronted on it, he crawfishes out by trying to explain and back-peddle.

I do find it funny that Outside the Lines filmed the violation. It shows Kifin never read that recruiting book, I can see him now, Lane did you read the rules? Yea Yea, get off my back I am Lane Kiffin , dont you know my daddy?
I can see OTL say, 'ok guys we will keep the cameras rolling till they tell us to turn em off'. well they never told them to not run the cameras, haha, meaning Lane does not know the rules. OTL was probably like: 'we got em in another violation haha.'
