Ocean, you're fully aware of the SEC Alliance...so sic 'em dawgs(Wow, I'm glad I don't have to say that on a regualr basis.)

because of revenue sharing within the conference, rooting for other teams in your conference in the post-season qualifies as still rooting for your own team. Because the more SEC teams that advance, the more money they all get.

not legit, IMO. I'd rather have my school earn 10k less and have UF lose every game in every sport.

But UF winning doesn't make you any more money. UF winning makes LSU more money though. So does Bama, Vandy, Georgia, etc. You aren't pulling for any of the other ACC teams in the tourney?

I'm also an LSU fan. I pull for other ACC teams I don't have an issue with. I'll certainly never root for duke in anything. Also, you rooting for a certain team makes no difference with the outcome. Why not root against the teams you truly dislike. frick conference "loyalties"
