I like Tuscaloosa. I've often thought about moving there.

Considering that Baton Rouge pretty much = Tuscaloosa + Birmingham, I've never really understood why people would get on here and bash the place.

I just got back from Tuscaloosa and it was horrible. I just thought it would be better because Alabama fans always brag about how amazing it is.

One bammer gave this honest review of their campus and the city of Tuscaloser. I found this quote on a college review website

I go to school down at Alabama and it can be a pretty rough place when you get off campus. However, the bar scene, deep South atmosphere and campus life is second to none. I've always wanted to take a trip down to Baton Rouge and eat some crawfish, and throw down some abitas with some LSU fans.
