I don't like them but hard to beat Arkansas and their facilities. Very nice facilities in all the big three sports plus best indoor track in the country.

Arky is very nice
Bama is overrated as far as facilites (football is nice, and that's all they care about)
Ole Missis average at best
State has a near perfect baseball stadium, but the football blows.
LSU has made so many improvements the last ten years i might put them #1- haven't been to new box though
Auburn- average at best. and that's being nice

Auburn is spending 92 million dollars to build a brand new basketball arena, rivals named Auburn's baseball stadium one of the top 10 best college baseball stadiums in the entire country last year, and Jordan-Hare stadium is also very nice.
Auburn's facilities in the 3 big sports of football, basketball, and baseball will be just as nice or even nicer than LSU's once Auburn's new basketball arena opens in the fall of 2010

I think LSU wins the west debate for facilities.
but I really liked auburn's parking garage.
wish LSU had one of those.

Auburn has built a new basketball arena and a lot of other new facilities in the last 7 years. Here is a good link to show all the facilities built on Auburn's campus in the last 4 or 5 years or that Auburn is planning to build in the next two or three years.

Bama is about to build another B-ball arena too. fwiw. i don't know how the rest of our stuff compares except for football, which is purely top tier.

i guess all sec schools are upgrading quickly. i stand corrected.
makes it really hard to rank them, so by default LSU is number 1

I'm obviously an Arkansas homer but there isn't a school in the SEC, not just the West, with Arkansas facilities.
Baum Stadium has been ranked the #1 Baseball Park in America for 3 straight years. The New Box at best will only tie.
Bud Walton Arena is a 20k seat palace with more seats in less space than any arena in the world. There may be larger but not more luxurious.
Our indoor and outdoor track facilities are unmatched. Period.
Our football stadium, while only 72k, is hands down the most technologically advanced and luxurious in the conference. Complete with shopping, restaurants, and museums within the concourse. It's also the most scenic.
We may be a middle of the pack SEC team but our facilities are second to none.

Auburn is also building a new student recreation center which will open in the fall of 2011. It was not included in the other link I provided. Here is a link to it.

Bryant Denny is commonly refered to as the Taj Mahal of college football stadiums. I severely doubt the Arkansas stadium is more advanced in any way. Not that I honestly know. Just saying... maybe an Alabama fan that's in the know will speak up.

Denny is larger. That is its only advantage.

Arkansas really does have a nice stadium. Been in it during the summer (empty, obviously).

Never been to Ole Miss or Arky, but Bama's campus is easily better than AU, LSU, or State.
