If LSU Doesn’t Snag Wade, Then What?

Matt McMahon can’t be oblivious to what is going on. If Wade turns down the LSU offer, then what does LSU do? I can’t think this “secret” attempt to replace him will fill MM with motivation. If things weren’t toxic before, they certainly will be now. Short of money, why would any player commit to play in such a dysfunctional environment?

McMahon was actually having a good season before losing his best player. LSU will have to pay him a good sum to leave. I’m sure he will be fine.

Wade cannot stay at NC State. The fans have already begun replacing him with better options. They will be angry if he is retained.
