1933 Men's Track
LSU brings home hardware in the inaugural year of the SEC.
As for the rest of the original conference teams, only Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida and Tulane won an NCAA title before the 1980's. (Includes pre-SEC formation. Nobody outside the 5 listed won a single NCAA championship before the 1980s.)
Remember: there is no NCAA Football Championship.

Lane Kiffin as OC at Alabama, started two bums at QB over two National Championship winning QBs.
He started some frat boy queer over Trinidad Chambliss at Ole Miss in 2025.
Continue to live in the 1930s though. Like Tiger Stadium at night. It’s free real estate.

Riveting
I think it's a pretty interesting interesting topic. Looking at the facts, maybe we should rethink who the true Athletic Bluebloods of the SEC are.
Big 5:
LSU - none of you come close to matching Championships
Tennessee
Kentucky
Florida - actually have more NCAA championships than LSU, but started late with 1968 Golf being your first. (Add unrecognized by NCAA and we have more than you)
Tulane - left the conference 20+ years before the rest of you even won your first.
