It’s still just tampering. But if they want to lose another lawsuit and a lot of money then go for it.

I had said the NCAA was using Chambliss as a “punishment” for the tampering because they know they can’t do shite about the tampering without going to court again and risk them losing whatever remaining power they have.

Nah, they will just file another TRO and injunction.

A precedent has been set. If you don’t agree with NCAA ruling, just allege irreparable harm.
