Yep…love how the good teams start playing each other from the get go.

Haven’t been on here much lately getting mine ready for middle and high school.

Spring sports starting to get geared up!

Parents will be putting miles on the minivan.

Dang bigD, I know I'm getting old, but the only "travel ball" I can remember playing in the 70's was American Legion

Ready for another mediocre year when conference play starts and to be disappointed in a regional that we host, that is the LSU tigers softball team.

Yep. We will have some impressive wins during the season though. Then lose to an in-state school in a regional we host.

This is where I drew the line. I'll haul your butt half way across the state for a tournament, be we aren't rolling-in with the minivan.

Not sure where my Cats might be playing, but not at home. There's 3 inches of ice/snow on the field and it's 14 outside. Had about enough of Old Man Winter up here.

I hate it for Torina since she is a Gator, but she does less with more every year. Man she can stack some talent though.

I know they have a stigma, but some of these minivans are nice as hell!

Minivan and Tahoe and have tons of miles on them. Might as well live in Atlanta (ugh) since we're there a lot.

OU opens with a win @ Arizona State

Pitching gave up 1 hit a home-run

Kendall Wells, true freshman catcher hits a ball that might still be going for a 2 run HR in T6. Arizona pitcher had 10 KO’s but we got beat of her.

Ole Miss transfer pitcher relieved starter and got last 5 outs.

Next up a 3 games in 3 days series vs @ #17 Arizona starting tomorrow

This is why Patty does a lot of road games in pre season. She really wants to keep growing sport and knows OU games draw lots of fans to away diamonds.

So it's not like everyone else who open up on the road to make sure their teams play in warm weather?

Arkansas went just 14-10 and had a really good team. Softball is a meat grinder and that was before we added Oklahoma and Texas.

As great of a softball conference as the SEC already was before them, and we added them to the top of the conference, not the bottom or middle. It's crazy how competitive the SEC is. And there are a lot of teams that used to be bottom feeders who are vastly improved. Ole Miss finished 11th in the conference and made it to the Women's College World Series.
