I give yall shite. But that one play was the game winner.

Dude is nails. Great play from a great player.

He misses that shot we may end up winning. We go down and just need two and likely get it.

It came down to that play and he was awesome.

Great shot, yes. But also an answered prayer. He lost control of the ball and tossed it up. It went in. Good for him.

My point is if he missed that shot they probably lose. It was going to come down to a single play. These teams play each other ten times I wouldn’t bet on who come out on top. It’s pretty even.

This is probably his worst squad since his first year. They are truly a live by the 3, die by the 3 squad. They are soft, do not play defense at all, and the front court is lacking. They're headed for an 8 or 9 seed in the NCAA tournament.
I think Oats is a great coach, for Bama, but he needs to tweak his system if he wants to take it to the next level.

The next level?? He is coming off a run of s16 FF and E8 over the last few seasons only getting bounce by teams that either won or played for the title.

In Alabama’s wildest dreams that is an elite coach.

Izzo is a CBB legend and only has one title over how many years at MSU? Winning that tourney is not easy and plenty of hall of fame coaches never accomplished it.

Next level would be not giving up 100+ to Florida or beating Tennessee. But congrats on taking advantage of extremely favorable draws in the tournament, I guess?

Thanks, man.

Y'all have a great team this year and are trending in the right direction for sure.

Duke did neither of those.

Alabama got favorable draws by earning them, dipshit. The tough OOC pays off just like winning at Auburn (best regular season win heading into the tournament)

Alabama will get favorable draws. Water is wet. The tournament doesn’t care about anything but name teams. Oats has made a name for himself despite being a scumbag

Eventually Byrne and Newton will rotate off the committee. They have to strike now.

Ah, name calling behind a keyboard. I understand the hostility, since the success of your favorite sports team determines your entire self-worth. Alabama drew Carolina in their FF run when Auburn drew UCONN in their bracket despite winning the SEC tournament. Alabama played one team seeded higher than sixth in the regional.
