Sounded like a yes to me as long as the money's right and as long as it's not something low rent like Golden Pantry or Aaron's Bail Bonds.
I don't care and I don't have a strong opinion one way or the other, but this will be red meat for fans who like to be outraged on the internet and try to convince us that the world is going to hell.

My only problem with Golden Pantry is that all of their stores in the middle of towns look so low rent and white trashy. Having a low rent white trashy convenience store in the business district or out in the country is okay or whatever, but if you're around a downtown that's trying hard to look nice, you should also try and look nice.

How about Dollar General? People wear their pajamas to Dollar General. They don't have to dress up like they do when they go to Walmart.

Dollar General will actually build a decent looking property if there are zoning standards. But if there aren't any they'll just throw up an octuple wide trailer with vaulted ceilings and put a sign out front and maybe plant one crape myrtle.
