SEC programs with a men’s CWS title in the last 20 years

LSU - 3
South Carolina - 2
Vanderbilt - 2
Florida - 1
MS State - 1
Ole Miss - 1
Tennessee - 1
You have to give a little credit to Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas A&M…they have actually appeared in a men’s CWS championship series in the last 15 years…
The SEC has won 6 straight men’s CWS titles with 5 different teams…undoubtedly the premier conference in all of college baseball.

Just out of curiosity, why did you use 20 years for title wins, but only 15 years for appearances?
Seems kinda odd unless you were intentionally trying to leave someone out..

I mean, OP applies to more than half the SEC..
Who are you specifically white knighting for?

I wasn't concerned with the number of teams in question. I was curious why you changed the paramaters seemingly at random.
UGA does not have a CWS title in the last 20 years. We do however have a runner up finish in the last 20 years, but not the last 15. Just seemed really weird to change your time variable for no real reason is all.

Man, it is hard to troll with a sport that is behind womens basketball

It doesn’t fit his narrative

Why would a LSU fan need a narrative for baseball?
OP is nothing about LSU (outside of the 3 CWS titles)
It’s about the SEC’s dominance of college baseball.

seems odd that anyone would think someone would start a college baseball thread to troll UGA
Much less troll them on such an obscure data point

Why didn’t you just point out his omission?

Didn’t even cross my mind.
There’s nothing in the OP that’s trolling or inaccurate.
It’s simply baseball season in the SEC

Arkansas is the Gonzaga of baseball

Arkansas baseball program has dropped the ball on not winning a title

I don' think it was a troll at UGA, because as you said that'd be pretty obscure and only a couple people would even notice.
I was more so curious why in the world you'd change the data set halfway through your findings.
"Here is how many SEC football teams have won the natty in the last 15 years. Here's how many have made the championship game in the last 12 years" Does that not seem extremely odd for no reason at all? I wasn't sure if there was an actual legitimate reason for the change that maybe I didn't understand. Apparently not.

Honestly the OP should have just posted how many of the current SEC teams have won a CWS Championships.... and how many have they won.

I wonder what this OP is in response to.
