Ole Miss getting gamecock sloppy seconds.

Former SC TE Michael Smith quit on his team and jumped in the portal on Oct 7th. Took a visit to Syracuse and signed NIL paperwork with them. Good for him.
Then after SC sings a bunch of incoming transfers and arguably improving the roster he has a change of heart and asks Beamer if he can come back. Syracuse says not so fast my friend, what about this paperwork you signed??
So he negotiates a release from the case, and SC tells him, "Sorry your spot has been filled."
So he's now signed with ole miss....

You know you're 100% right. But I'd say that only applies to the ones that leave. There are still some players that truly care and would do "anything" for their teammates.
But for guys like this, it's addition by subtraction.

I think your flaw is assuming guys sign out of HS with the school they love and then transfer for money. So therefore, the original school is the good guy and new school is the bad guy.

This is a sign of sorry arse parents or lack of. The only thing you have in life is your word. Compromise that and don't be upset when the day comes when you're all alone with no support.

Cool. He can go to Ole Miss and not win a National Championship the same as South Carolina. Not sure why anyone's arguing or throwing insults here.
