College is now a lesser quality pro knock off...actually has me watching more pro ball where the teams don't change players as often.

oh they know, they just don't care becuase none of that is relevant at all to the decision makers. The only thing they care about it money which is still coming in hadn over fist so we'll continue to get a shittier and shittier product.
If they even halfway pretended to care about all that other stuff besides money, they'd realize the NFL playoffs are cool becuase the NFL is filled to the brim with parity. Youv'e got maybe one or two teams that prove to be the cream of the crop all year, you've got one or two that suck and may only win a couple games, then you've got ~30 teams that are all pretty much even with each other without a whole heck of a lot of differentiation. So take the top 14 teams and throw em together and you're gonna get some great ballgames. College people seem to think "hey the NFL playoffs have almost half the field involved, that must mean we need more temas!!" while totally ignoring that there are never, and I truly mean NEVER, more than 5 or 6 teams after 13 games of play that, based ON THEIR RESUME, can say they legitimately deserve a shot to be champion.

College football has always been an enormous money grab. The have and the have nots. College football is a multi billion dollar business.
They need to wrap it up around the start of the NFL. playoffs. Start two weeks earlier and do away with the byes. If it is a short week, make sure both teams in the next round play on the same days.
Beck admitted last week he doesn't even go to class and graduated from UGA two years ago. That is pro ball
