I personally don't care if he is at LSU or not. What I do care about is the total destruction of NCAA sports.
Another example is Baylor signing a pro basketball player and he is now playing.

Didn’t this already happen two years ago. Some guy signed nil to play for Wisconsin then Miami made him an offer and wiscy sued. Guy ended up playing for Miami anyways.

Yes. That is what has been being discussed on the recruiting board. I will say that I do not like the fact that these kids are entering the portal already knowing where they are gonna sign. That's out of control IMO.

Oh, I am not blaming LSU. Not saying you broke rules. I'm saying something does have to be done.
What if it was the last day of the portal and Williams decides to do a deal with LSU with 1 minute left after signing a contract? Washington is now stuck and a season blown because what they had, they now don't.

Washington already has a replacement ready to go....they aren't stuck! AZ QB headed their way. They are fine.

That's not the contract. Thats from a different case.
