Congratulations.
But the world of college football has changed DRASTICALLY since miles took over for saban.

Even playing field for cheating killed Bama? Is that what you are saying?

I believe that says much more about LSU than Les.

That it's easier to field in-state talent?

Good thing LSU hired Lane Kiffin and not Miles.

I'm not saying anything other than you cannot compare then to now anymore than you could compare then to the 1960s. The landscape has changed too much.
Case in point: Last night arguably the best coach in CFB lost to a team with an interim/replacement coach. The game has truly changed.

A coach did better taking over for Saban without the transfer portal than with the transfer portal?
I'm absolutely shocked.

It's amazing how Les Miles was able to keep the players from leaving in the portal. The man doesn't get enough credit for the job he did.

The game on the field? Yes.
But the game off the field, not even close.

So Bama sucks and is too unattractive in the NIL era?

Well, when you don't go finesse and instead make your players mean motherfrickers who knock the hell out of the other team, of course Miles did better.

They're slow... it might take them a while to figure this one out my friend.

You... cheated better?
Weird flex, but alright.

Just enjoy watching Alabama fall apart and stop trying to make everything about LSU.
