What kind of strengths would you rather your head coach have? Can’t be great at everything

Recruiting
In game decisions(adjustments)
Preparation
Motivator
Salesman(especially these days)
Great character (morals)
I realize it takes all of it to some degree, but how would you rank level of importance and how does your current coach stack up?
Maybe a 1-10 rating on each category

I want him to be fabulously rich. Multi-billionaire level money. And I want him to be willing to spend his fortune on NIL deals.

Football games are won by the team who is the most well prepared elite talent. Clear top 3 for me.

I'm good with him beating 'Bama two out of three, in 13 months.
