No more G5 in the CFP

This isn’t like the NCAA tournament. There aren’t any Cinderella upsets. Time to reconsider their inclusion over better teams.

One thing that really stands out is the size difference too.
Just watching JMU and they are tiny compared to Oregon.
Even if they can score, their defense doesn't stand a chance.
Though, I'd love to see Oregon lose to them.

ACC champ should be in. Also, Texas or Vandy would’ve played better games. ND sucks and needs to join a conference for an argument if they lose games.

Im kind of on the side where they should be there. Otherwise the media will never shut up. Let them get their arse kicked. And there way be an upset one day.
The biggest problem with putting them in is their coach will either be gone to another job, or checked out focusing on another job. That’s the biggest problem with it imo.

Oregon is not that good. Texas should’ve been in over Oregon, Tulane, and JMU.

That’s because the committee sucks arse. There’s a better chance for that game to be decent that a G5 game.

I’m fine with a G5 team making it in IF they’re an actual top 12 team. Teams like those some of those 2000s Boise st and TCU were definitely top 12 teams. JMU and Tulane are nowhere close to that
I do think within a decade the SEC and Big 10 will absorb more teams and eventually split off. In that case these G5 teams will have their own playoff and championship

Agreed. 3 players with NBA talent, your team can go far in the tournament. 3 players with NFL talent.......
