Texas was pretty bad because they have a history of ruining specific conferences, but they don't hold a candle to the treachery that Alabama has hoisted upon the game we all love.

I have neither the time, nor the inclination to explain this to you guys. It's obvious for anyone to see.

You're almost there. Just take it one step further.

Indirectly you are right.

I think a big push to expand the playoffs was due to people getting sick of seeing Alabama and a few other schools always in the BCS or 4 team playoff.

In the old days the teams playing for the title rotated out quickly but a decade of the same teams being there made everyone lose their mind and demand expansion over and over.

I know I'm right. Except it's not indirectly.

Pretty much every change over the last decade is correlated to teams trying to beat/be Alabama.

Well, for one they are the only team that can get the shite beat out of them and move up in the polls. Usually teams that get an arse whooping drop at least 5 spots and other teams jump above them.

Pretty sure they stayed the same in the CFP. What you expect? Them to lose spots in the CCG? My God, this little dick energy is fluent.

Alabama advocated against NIL, unlimited transfers, expanding the playoff, and a 9 game SEC schedule, and most here criticized us for it, said we were afraid of parity, etc

And they were right. But the rub is in the fact that these things were only introduced because Alabama was flagrantly cheating their asses off for 15 years leading up to these changes.

Everyone knows it.

So what Alabama was trying to do was to protect their corrupt culture that had them at the top of the game.
