Goes and gets a good kicker and punter. Hell maybe even coach too. We were inferior to almost ever team we played in this department. It shouldn’t be difficult for a program the caliber of Alabama to field a good special team’s unit.

Outside of Reichard and Scott, we never had great ST play.

Tiffin, Shelley, Griffith, Burnip, Arenas, Jones, Waddle, Jackson, Mazza, Tinker, Fletcher, Hibbett. We've had some really good special teams guys. Our long snappers have been elite. Also some great punt returners.

Id go find the best punt returner you can find in the lower divisions. Need some serious help on Oline too

OL coach
S&C coach
We’re definitely not strong enough. OL is getting no push, WR when they block are barely even getting in the way.
Kickers are head cases on a good day, but I’d have the punter run a ladder every time he hops before taking his steps to kick. He’d quit or pass out from exhaustion every practice.

I’d like to see Bama hire a full time special teams coach. Pretty much every aspect of all special teams has been mediocre to average at best.

Good teams seem to not prioritize kickers lately.
