Well let’s look at 2023 when Georgia lost to Bama. Georgia dropped 5 spots and Bama jumped 4.

So presumably these games can cause 4-5 spot swings then right?

Alabama with 3 losses doesn't deserve a playoff spot

Truth. 3 loss Texas more deserving of an at large than 3 loss Bama especially if Bama gets buck broken by Kirby in this game.

'Bama loses, they drop to no more than the highest ranked three loss team. Georgia loss, out of the top ten.

Auburn dropped 5 spots when we lost in 2017.

It’s funny hearing commentators say alabama could climb all the way to #4 with a win but not drop with a loss.

That seems like wishful thinking.
