I'm not sure how he does not end up a 5 Star by the end of the recruiting cycle. He literally was throwing a very good Grayson OL like rag dolls and making plays 30 yards down field. Got doubled team most of the night and still was the best player out there.

There is a better chance that Louisiana doesn't get hit by any kind of tropical storm or hurricane this year than Matt Mcmahon suddenly learning how to coach.
The administration is just letting his buyout get manageable. they know he is a lame duck coach with a lame duck program right now.

There is a huge problem with the portal opening up for baseball before the CWS ends. It's like the NCAA wants to punish the good teams still playing and tries to allow other teams to get a leg up on recruiting.

That's kinda the whole point. Struck out on all the major 5 star guys, had to play catch up on Bowe Bentley, then are now just throwing out offers to uncommitted guys we've barely had contact with. It's not pretty.

Not sure the strategy to pay all this money for these transfers only not to fire McMahon because his buyout is "Too expensive."

Do they really think top end talent wants to come to BR and play for McMahon? The guy is the laughing stock of the SEC. No top end transfer is going to hedge his potential future at a program that is th8s bad.
