Lane’s never beat Bama and about half of Kirby’s total losses have come against the Tide. So they have that in common at least.

Kirby took over the Georgia program in 2016. He now has a record of 117-20.
Since that time, every single high school recruit that Kirby has brought into the program has been awarded with either a Natty ring or an SEC championship ring, or both.
Lane has never even made it to Atlanta.

True story. Bama now nervous as frick that Lane just has to pluck blue chip players from in-state and not rely on the portal.
