OSU +160
IU +425
UGA +800
Notre Dame +1000
Oregon +1000
Texas Tech +1100
Bama +1200
A&M +1200
Ole Miss +3500
OU +7000

How bad does Oklahoma feel having worse odds than a team that just lost its entire offensive coaching staff Trinidad could call plays himself and beat Brent Venables.

If they have IU has second highest odds to win the NC then Vegas isn’t as smart as we thought

ND with the 4th highest odds is hilarious. Those pedos played two teams with a pulse and lost to both

It’s a math equation. IU is guaranteed a bye which means 1 fewer chance to lose. UGA will either have to beat Bama to get a bye or win a first round game just to get to the quarterfinals. Power rankings probably have them pretty even, but anything can happen in a 1 game sample size.

I don’t think it matters. IU played a very weak schedule and will lose handily in the Big 10 championship game. Bama or Georgia handles IU

This isn’t who would win head to head. It’s who will win the natty. Even if UGA has a 60/40 edge, playing an extra game drops that by 5-7% which is what the odds show. OSU is both guaranteed a bye and a stronger team than IU which is why their odds are so much higher

You’re right but ostensibly it will be the two strongest teams in the title game, barring injuries of course. IU is not one of them

Actually no. It depends on a bunch of factors including specific matchups and the number of games each team has to play. Also, IU does have the second highest power rating in multiple measures.

Same as pre season when Vegas had our win over/ under at 7.

OU against the world, love it.

Serious question, does Ole Miss even have a playbook after the Fall of Oxford?

I would absolutely love to see Ole Miss and A&M play in the title game. I cannot think of a better story for two teams who haven't had seasons like this in at least 50+ years! I would watch every single second of it and watch through all the commercials too, just so I didn't miss one second of it.

Sorry, UGA and Bama. You'll have many other playoff opportunities in coming years, but Ole Miss and Aggie need to make the most of this and I really want to see it!

Especially since they're not even gonna make the playoffs. Bama and Miami both jump them tomorrow night.

That is incredible value for OU. If Mateer stops throwing picks then we can beat anyone in the country. So hopefully he, you know, stops throwing picks.
