Between the last staff not recruiting instate and the Ole Miss chaos should be able to flip some guys RS probably has already tried to recruit in that region

Can you imagine if he flips Archer? I think he would have 90% support from the state at that point

Very good way to get started and get fan support within the state. Close those borders. Makes you wonder if he hasn't been working on this for a bit. Seems awfully confident in getting a top class quickly.

That's not really what I was getting at though. He's SEEN by the masses as this amazing QB, another greenwood guy, local guy. If he got him to flip he would win a lot of hearts.
Keep in mind Ole Miss current QB was playing d2 last year. I'm not saying Archer would or wouldn't be successful. I do however think the key to any Arkansas football success lies with in state guys being on the team, and being good players.

You can't find a team that had success that didn't have impactful Arkansas kids on it
I know it's cliche but it seriously just does mean more for Arkansas kids. They grew up with it, they understand it.
