ESPN reporting Kiffin gave Ole Miss admin ultimatum: He either coaches OM for CFP or he poach the coaches and players. No way it ends here. Think we're about to find out we haven't seen Kiffin's lowest behavior yet. No way in Hades I would consider hiring someone capable of this behavior into a leadership position.

I really think LSU fans will be at his throat in a couple years.

If true, then there’s no way Ole Miss should have let him coach it.
I also hope he didn’t do this for the players. It’s one thing to do with the coaches because of early signing day. I don’t see any reason to not allow the players to compete in the playoff. They could still transfer to LSU after the season concludes.
All this proves that the calendar is a mess: early signing day should go away, the playoffs should be played in December, and the season should be over by early January to allow for portal window after the season.

One interesting aspect of this is that when Kiffin got to Oxford be was a mess. All the issues that hounded him were in full force or even kicked up a notch. Drinking, chasing younger girls, drug use, and even some things thaf went further than that.
But the OM administration basically fell in line behind him. Sent him to rehab. Cleaned up some messes. Got the press on board. Kept a lid on everything. And he flourished. And we won games. It was all good until it wasn't.
Will be interesting to see what happens to that file. The Kiffin Files from 2020 to 2022. And a few entries beyond that. Would hate to see all that in the daylight

Ole Miss is in a no win situation.
He’s going to poach the coaches and players anyway.
He and lsu are perfect for each other. Both super scummy.
