Pre-season expectations

10 wins. Beat all 3 rivals. Headed to SECCG. Playoff bound if we win that (maybe even if we don't)... that has met my expectations (and then some) even if we lose out. We made Ty Simpson a Heisman contender for half the season or longer.
I'll remember this squad. This season kind of reminds me of our 2008 season. Losing to Florida in the seccg and losing to Utah just didnt bother me because the future was clearly bright.
DeBoer is a winner. The interesting part is going to see how well he manages new OC and DC over the years.

Expectations met. I had us going 9-3. I also feel really good about the future. I’m a big Ty Simpson fan, but I do think his skill set is limited compared to the 2 behind him. I feel really good about either one of these young guys the next couple seasons. I also like the young skill players we have comic back mixed in with this next recruiting class

Dunno about dc but he seems to do well with oc.
