Is while Reveille won't be at the game, the Budweiser Clydesdales will.

Bevo won't be the only animal at the game, though, as the Longhorns will host the actual Budweiser Clydesdales for the first time since 1998. While it may seem like advertisement publicity, it could also be a subtle shot at the Aggies, showing that they have enough room to accommodate other animals.

Good job in being petty Texas.

Ban medium-sized dog.

Invite the world’s biggest horses to hobnob with emasculated cow.

No one should be surprised by this behavior from Texas.

Honestly, I don’t get worked up over the pettiness. Bringing an extra animals is actually hilarious because it’s so juvenile.

I prefer it to be this way.

You’re talking about a school that was putting opposing teams bands in the nose bleeds. I sure hope LSU puts their band in the upper east when they come to Baton Rouge next year.

Aggies thought it was hilarious when they denied Bevo access last year. Now they are flabbergasted their little puppy dog can’t go to Austin. It’s Karma bitches.

I didn't.

I thought it was unfortunate, but necessary, given the renovations to Kyle Field and the limited space available in the field level footprint.

Imagine the liability if a player got knocked out of bounds and flipped over a set of temporary Powder River panels into Bevo's pen. The attack upon Uga gives us a good indication as to how Bevo might react.

By comparison, what is Pirate Rev going to do? Beg the player for a dog biscuit?

ETA:

At DKR, Bevo has a purpose-built pen that is technically at field level, but that is actually set about halfway back inside a tunnel ... such that he is completely out-of-the-way versus the football game itself.

I am not aware of anyone thinking it was hilarious.

Kyle Field was renovated to the extent that the track around the field was removed and spectators are so close to the field they can shake hands with players standing on the players bench.

There is absolutely no safe place to have a 2000 lb steer in that confined space. It is what it is. If they want to be bitches, so be it.

Texas A&M doesn't even have the Parson's Mounted Cavalry parade through anymore because there no longer is a walkway for them.

Aggies will make for damn sure that neither McConahey or any of the Mannings will on the sideline in College Station next year.

They can buy a ticket and sit in the stands just like everybody else does. What goes around comes around.

We don’t have room in the lower deck for the opposing band.

Since the renovation.

If that were true, no complaints.

But being that petty is part of what makes college football so great.
