Well we are paying Samford $550,000 to come play us at Kyle Field

How do we maximize our return? No injuries? Practice the deep ball?

I say we do nothing but let Bond kick,

1st and goal on the 5 yd line? Let Bond kick

4th and 19 to go on our own 30 yd line? Yep, still let Bond kick

No, dude.

Klein needs all the 1st-and-goal practice he can get.

Samford is 1 and 10. If our backups are not starting the 3rd quarter then something went seriously wrong.

The skid starts now. Unimaginable loss to Samford, tu beats us down. The playoff committee, so disgusted, leaves us out and we lose our terrible bowl, 10-3 final record

I hope we never have to kick a game winning field goal this postseason. Omg that’s terrible. Also Miles O’neil left a lot to be desired as the QB2

So did Reed. Not to the same degree as the backups, but his inaccuracy and turnovers may lead to an L down the stretch. Way too many open receivers where the ball was high/low, ahead/behind, nowhere in the neighborhood ...

That's been the story for much of the season. Fortunately, it hasn't led to a loss yet, but it almost did last week.
Hopefully, we see more of SC 2nd half Reed going forward and less of SC 1st half Reed.

It was very good yesterday to rest some key guys and empty the bench early and often. Mission accomplished.

Reed has these moments (mostly early in games) where he just gets too sped up in the pocket and makes some terrible throws. He did it yesterday too, I agree with you that it will cost us against a playoff team if he keeps it up.
