Be on the lookout for an announcement before next weekend. Powers that be at LSU have made their pick. From what I understand this guy is a former college head coach at some pretty big schools. He’s currently an O-Cord in the NFL. Word is he’s already trying to assemble his staff before the announcement. I don’t believe I’ve seen his name mentioned for this job until now. Kind of came out of left field.

I love it. Anyone from the NFL is an automatic fail in this NIL prima donna sport.

Chip Kelly?
Arthur Smith?

I can't think of anyone else who fits your qualifiers.

based on the description by the OP and IF it's true, the first name I can think of is Chip Kelly

Fits that fabricated description lol.

Some of them want Joe Brady...and looking on social media Buffalo fans would pack for him and buy his bus ticket.

Would be an interesting hire for LSU fans at least initially. He didn't do well at all at UCLA and he got everything he needed there, just couldn't put it together.

Mulky would come up with all kinds of stats "proving" this as a great hire

Where’s Doug Pederson won a SB and coached at a Louisiana college.

Yep but he's been mentioned for LSU before -- not exactly out of left field imo. But I guess Chip Kelly was too.

He would be a decent hire for them. Not sure it translate to better than 9-3 but would make things interesting.

Kliff or chip would be home run hires honestly....kliff had success at tech before the money dump, chip has had sustained college success as well....wait and see if true.

The only possibilities that would fit this description are chip kelly or kliff kingsbury and both would be absolutely terrible and everybody would melt face

Thought it was kind of ironic when I was told Chip Kelley. But I think it’s a pretty good hire.
