When to give up on RPO?

IF the QB can’t read it?
IF the linemen don’t know whether to run or pass block?
IF the receivers can’t win to the inside to prevent pick 6?
IF the coaches can’t teach all of the above and more?
I just don’t see the advantage for us.
Call runs.
Play action.
Maybe rollout pass/run option.
The RPO is not coached or executed well by the coaches or the players on this team.
Have we really got anything out of an RPO in the SEC games?
We seem to run and play defense better than our RPO game is executed.
I know RPO works well with the right coaches and players, but I don’t think we are that team.

Time to go to the triple option!

Everything mentioned is coaching. RPO should be able to be done by most QBs. There are a ton of programs running this to good to great success. However, those places evolve & have good coaching. JMO

RPO should be a set number of plays not your whole identity. I mentioned this weeks ago but it's what makes us so predictable and I believe it's to blame for crashing out JA. DCs good ones anyone can easily disguise coverages pre and post snap to throw of the play.
Should be used sparingly not every play.
