This are the anomaly games, if the PSU is auditioning for the job and Penn State truly had top 10 talent, should be a war. I the BIG officials insure an OSUnwin but close.

I never discount a team stacked with talent doing poorly.
Ohio St is the obvious favorite on paper and they should be. But it should also be mentioned that Penn St could be a dangerous opponent.
