Nick Saban shoots down any rumors linking him to open coaching jobs: 'I want to stay retired'

I mean no. Mrs Terry may not doubt his ability to win an 8th, but I do.
Especially if he has to start over at another school.
The fact is he got a little soft towards the end. Players weren't being held accountable the way they use to be, and so on.
He's the GOAT and he always will be. I'd have let him go for many more years after what he's accomplished. I'd say he's earned at least 25 of them.
But he retired for a reason, and it's because it was time to. Which I think just adds to his legacy. I'd have let him Bowden out, but it's awesome he didn't.
